Project Introduction
To support Wilton’s globally integrated manufacturing and trading operations, the project focused on building a group-level financial and supply chain management system capable of supporting multi-country operations. It enabled end-to-end integrated control across procurement, inventory, domestic sales, and export customs processes, while also extending simple production management functionalities tailored to its business model.
