As its R&D and manufacturing scale rapidly expand, Levena Biopharma requires a unified management platform covering end-to-end business processes, including R&D, production, sales, procurement, quality, finance, and engineering. This project focuses on milestone-based sales contract management, project scheduling and planning, project cost accounting, comprehensive procurement, inventory and supplier management, as well as the standardization and traceability of R&D, manufacturing, and QC processes.
