Project Introduction
After the initial implementation of the Oracle NetSuite system, JYcare gradually developed a need to further enhance system capabilities and improve alignment with business scenarios, particularly in areas such as refined financial management, production planning coordination, and warehouse operational efficiency. This project focuses on the overall optimization and capability expansion of the existing system, with key initiatives including core functionality enhancement, financial system optimization, MRP (Material Requirements Planning) implementation, and WMS (Warehouse Management System) deployment. Through process review and system restructuring, the project aims to improve system usability, enhance business collaboration efficiency, and strengthen data management capabilities, thereby better supporting the company’s continued growth.
