Project Introduction
To support DCS’s refined operations and compliance management in the financial services sector, the project aimed to build a unified, efficient financial accounting and management platform that meets industry regulatory standards. Through the implementation, we helped the client achieve digitalization and automation of core financial processes, including general ledger, revenue and expense management, and accounts receivable and accounts payable. In particular, we configured workflows for complex scenarios in its credit card business, such as installment revenue recognition and merchant partnership settlements. This has improved financial processing efficiency and data accuracy, while providing reliable support for management decision-making.
