Project Introduction
To support Juncheng International’s rapid growth in Australia’s online and offline multi-channel business, the project centered on building a digital operations platform that integrates business and finance, and synchronizes all channels. Through implementation, it connected the data flows between online orders, offline warehousing, customer relationships, and financial accounting. This enabled automated processing of e-commerce orders, real-time synchronization of multi-platform inventory, refined warehouse operations, and end-to-end financial visibility, providing strong system support for Juncheng International’s efficient operations and exceptional customer service across multiple product categories.
